It is a well established tradition now.
Each year in the occasion of Christmas in order to help the most deprived people, the Central Council of the maronite Societies prepares and distributes food parcels directly and throuhg the maronite charity societies operating in their respective parishes.
Distribution is done on basis of lists established by social workers assisted by Beirut parish preists.
