On the 7th of March 1996, HE President Elias Hraoui laid the foundation stone of the New CCMS Center in Medawar. The ceremony gathered members of the CCMS and many donators who contributed to the erection of the new Center.
The Ceremony was followed by cocktails served on the site of the future building.
